Where were we...?

Let's dive back into the flow of things, shall we?

But first and foremost, a heartfelt "Thank You" to each and every one of you who took the time to drop me those uplifting messages about the contentment series. Your positive comments truly brightened my days! I loved reading about your personal takeaways and how the tips have made a positive impact on your lives.

To those eagerly awaiting the next steps in the 'contentment' journey, I hear you! Your enthusiasm keeps the momentum alive, and I can't wait to share more insights with you.

And for those who reached out just to check on me – your concern did not go unnoticed. My apologies if I couldn't take all the calls, but know that your thoughtfulness means the world to me.

Now, let me share a little snippet of what unfolded recently. Picture this: a short holiday with a group of 8, and suddenly, 5 of us fall seriously ill – two even on the plane on our way out! Talk about unexpected twists.

I held up OK until we returned, and that's when things got a bit shaky. But fear not, all is well that ends well. The road to recovery may be slow, but, as they say, the only way is up.

Tomorrow, we'll kick off again with a brief recap of the contentment series, wrapping it up by the end of the week, inshaAllah (God Willing).

Exciting news on the horizon: I've got a couple of courses lined up, and details will be hitting your inbox soon. Plus, brace yourselves for the launch of my new weekly newsletter – I'm eager to hear which day of the week works best for you, so hit reply and let me know!

As you can see, there's a lot happening, and I'm thrilled to have you along for the ride. Your company makes my endeavour much more meaningful.
